Your Statutory Rights

As a UK consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. These rights apply to unopened, sealed products only. Under Regulation 28, sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons are exempt once unsealed — all Elysium products fall within this exemption for standard statutory returns. Our 30-day guarantee exists entirely separately from and in addition to these statutory rights.

We are confident in the quality and efficacy of our formulas. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery — even if the product has been opened and partially used. The following conditions apply:

We will respond within 2 business days. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be processed.

Returning Unopened Products

If returning an unopened product within the 14-day statutory window, items must be in their original sealed packaging with proof of purchase, and shipped back within 14 days of receiving authorisation. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We recommend a tracked service — we cannot process refunds for items lost in return transit without proof of postage.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your product arrives damaged or appears faulty, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage where applicable. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refund Processing

Once your request is approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear depending on your bank or card provider.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We take fraudulent chargeback claims seriously. In the event of a dispute, we will provide the relevant card network or payment provider with full documentation including order confirmation, delivery tracking, and all communication records. We encourage any customer with a genuine concern to contact us directly first — our 30-day guarantee exists precisely so that no customer ever needs to raise a dispute.
