UK Shipping

All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. Orders placed before 12:00 midday on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after midday, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched the following business day.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via Royal Mail International. Estimated delivery for international orders is 5–7 business days from dispatch, though this may vary depending on your country's customs and postal service.

Important — Customs and Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering if you are unsure.

Order Tracking

All orders are dispatched with a Royal Mail tracking reference, sent to you by email once your order has been collected. You can track your order at royalmail.com. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.

Dispatch Times

We dispatch Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Our cut-off is 12:00 midday GMT. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next available business day. During peak periods, dispatch may take up to 2 business days — we will communicate any delays by email.

Delivery Delays

Delivery estimates are provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Elysium Supplements is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, customs processing, adverse weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch confirmation (UK) or 21 business days (international), please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately — if your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to amend it.

Missing or Lost Orders

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and any safe locations around your property. Contact us within 14 days of the stated delivery date and we will raise an investigation with Royal Mail.
